Sponsorship: Generic Packages - £8,000

Generic Packages are a cost effective way to brand content or
features at the LIWF. LIWF Supporters who purchase Generic Packages
will be entitled to logo positions and editorial content across the
array of display locations, as detailed on the benefits page.
The Party
The Party takes place at the end of the first day of the LIWF.
Hosted at The Fox, just outside the west entrance of ExCeL, it is
an ideal opportunity for a company who has a product or service
aimed at exhibitors.
The Party gives exhibitors, wine buyers and the press an
opportunity to socialize in a relaxed and informal environment. The
sponsor of this event will be able to place their branding
throughout the venue and address producers, suppliers and the press
directly.
Registration Staff
The staff at the entrance desks are the first point of contact
for our visitors. The Registration Desk provides an opportunity to
brand clothing and stationery and to have a presence at all eight
entrances along the ExCeL boulevard. The branding could include
company logo, stand number or any other message your company would
like to put to our visitors.
Spittoons
The spittoons that are distributed at the LIWF can be found on
the corner of every stand at the Fair. Over the course of the three
days we use nearly 3,000 units. The vast majority of our visitors
and exhibitors will use the spittoons, a combined total of 20,0000
individuals. This creates a unique branding opportunity that is
inescapable to those attending the Fair. The sponsor of the
spittoons will be entitled to logo and stand details printed on
each unit.
The Information Desk
The LIWF Information Desk sits on the right hand side of the
west entrance to ExCeL. It is the initial point of contact for
visitors with questions concerning transport, show content and the
location of exhibitors. The Information Desk sponsor will have a
presence at the very front of the Fair, allowing details of your
participation and stand location to be communicated to all visitors
entering the main entrance.
Service Points
The Service Points are eight areas located around the edges of
the Fair. They serve as ice collection points and glass washing
areas. These areas are clearly visible to passing visitors and
branding of these areas would highlight your stand location and
participation as a sponsor. Each of the service points are fronted
by a wall space as much as five meters in length. Branding of these
walls along with the generic package of branding your company would
receive as a Supporter would provide a cost effective way of
promoting your company.
