Sponsorship: Premium Packages - £15,000 (unless stated
otherwise)
Premium Packages refer to the principal LIWF features that are
open to sponsorship. LIWF Supporters who purchase a Premium Package
will be entitled to the naming rights of the feature, headline or
left hand logo positions on banners and entrance ways and an array
of editorial content, as detailed above.
The Press Office
In 2009, around 300 members of the world's press attended the
LIWF. The Press Office is the information hub of all press activity
at the Fair. Exclusively reserved for editors, writers, reporters
and journalists, the Press Office offers direct access to the
world's leading trade and consumer wine communicators.
The sponsors of the Press Office will not only receive extensive
branding of the feature, but will also be able to hold press
tasting sessions on each of the three days of the Fair. Your
company logo will feature on the press bags, the screen savers and
on the interior and exterior walls.
Networking & Relaxation Hub (£20,000)
This feature was introduced in 2008. This is an area of the hall
that is designed to offer visitors the opportunity to take a break
from their tasting schedule. It is also an area to hold meetings
and have discussions away from the hustle and bustle of the show
floor. As an area open to branding, it will allow its sponsor to
engage with thousands of our visitors. Its emphasis on relaxation
is an opportunity to put your message to a receptive audience.
Club Elite
Club Elite is an invitation only area away from the show floor,
reserved for the leading international wine buyers. Split across
two dedicated rooms, Club Elite's members can use private meeting
facilities, enjoy a complimentary lunch and refreshments or simply
find a quiet room to catch up with work. Club Elite has over 1,500
members from around the world and each year our database of members
is checked to ensure that only the leading international drinks'
buyers are invited to make use of this service. Club Elite offers
exclusive access to leading decision makers in the industry and
extensive branding and tasting opportunities.
The Seafood Restaurant (£25,000)
Located at the east end of the hall, the seafood restaurant is a
popular catering venue open to visitors and exhibitors alike. Due
to the demand for tables, a preshow booking service has been made
available to visitors. The restaurant is open from midday until
four and serves high quality seafood matched to a selection of the
sponsor's wines. Details of the restaurant are promoted leading up
to the Fair on the event website and also in the show preview and
catalogue.
The Top 100 Tasting
This open tasting area is at the heart of the LIWF visitor
experience. It offers a relaxed tasting atmosphere that visitors
can experience at their leisure. The Top 100 offers exceptional
visibility, attracting thousands of trade professionals over the
three days of the event.
Previous Top 100's have included Rosé wines and Organic and
Biodynamic. The Top 100 presents an opportunity to engage with
leading buyers from the on and off trades.
