Sponsorship: Secondary Packages - £10,000
Secondary Packages are smaller scale features and content that
are open to sponsorship. LIWF Supporters who purchase a Secondary
Package will be entitled to the naming rights, secondary logo
positions on banners and entranceways and an array of editorial
content as detailed on the benefits page. Available throughout the
year following the Fair, they also act as a trade resource and help
in allowing professionals to source and value wines. Statistical
details will be made available to the sponsor throughout the year
by providing you with direct access to traffic details with Google
Analytics.

The Grapevine Magazine
The Grapevine is the LIWF preshow publication that is sent to
25,000 pre-registered visitors in the weeks before the LIWF. This
is an indispensable source of information as to who is taking part,
show content, features and wines that will be available during the
event. In 2009 The Grapevine will also be published as an online
document, with linked email addresses and website details.
This preview magazine is a direct route to the LIWF audience. As
the sponsor of the Grapevine your company will be entitled to a
double page spread within the publication, your company name
highlighted in the index and your stand location indicated with
your logo on the floorplan at the back of the publication.
Lanyards
The badge lanyard sponsorship is a simple yet effective way of
promoting your company to the entire visitor audience. A total of
20,000 lanyards will be produced for the LIWF to cater for the
needs of visitors and exhibitors alike.

Interactive Floorplan
The Interactive Floorplan (IFP) was introduced to the LIWF in
2008. In the three month period leading up to the Fair it received
19,000 visits. The IFP is fully integrated with all of the other
online search functions including The List and the online
catalogue. The extensive LIWF search functions represent the most
advanced catalogues of any international wine event, whether for
the consumer or the trade.
