Supporters of the LIWF
As a Supporter of the LIWF your company will receive extensive
visibility across a broad spectrum of media, as well as branding of
specific show content or features. Event Supporters will be limited
to no more than ten, giving your company exclusivity and more
pronounced visibility.
All LIWF Supporters will receive the following package:
Visibility Across the LIWF
As a Supporter of the LIWF, your company will be one of the
first that visitors come into contact with upon arrival. A twelve
metre long banner will be placed across the Boulevard at ExCeL's
west entrance thanking our Supporters for their patronage. The
banner will include the logos of all Supporters, their stand number
and name of the feature or content they have sponsored.
This level of visibility will be echoed throughout the event
with logos being included on the catalogue pods at each of the
eight entrances and on the walkway banner between ExCeL and the
Docklands Light Railway.
Grapevine
The Grapevine magazine is the official pre-show guide to what's
on. In 2010 it will also be available as an online publication,
with full page turning functionality and linked email address and
URLs.
The Grapevine will contain a Supporter's double page spread, the
right-hand page will be an advertisement that includes all of the
Supporter's logos, and the left will have details about company
activity, individual sponsorships and stand locations.
Show Catalogue
The Show Catalogue is available for free to all visitors to the
Fair. It is the principal source of exhibitor and feature
information once on-site at the event and a much-used resource
after the event. The catalogue will include a sponsor's page, which
will incorporate details of each of the Supporters, their company
activity, their logo and stand location at the LIWF.
Pre-Show Email Shot
Brintex, the organiser of the LIWF has an extensive database of
trade professionals from around the world. As an LIWF Supporter,
you will have the opportunity to publicise your participation as an
exhibitor and as an official Supporter of the show. Up to 2,000
individuals can be selected so that your participation is brought
to the attention of specified visitors, for example wine buyers,
restaurant owners or importers.
Exclusivity
Exclusivity is one of the key benefits of the LIWF Supporter
package. There are a finite number of Supporter options available
to our clients. As an LIWF Supporter your company will be one of
very few to receive such comprehensive visibility at the UK's
biggest trade event of the year.
The List
The List is an online eCatalogue of the wines available at the
LIWF, it is the largest database of its type that has ever been
collated. Available to visitors from early 2010, this valuable
resource has been in constant use since its launch in April 2008.
LIWF Supporters who exhibit wines will have their products
highlighted within The List, ensuring a higher profile within this
invaluable resource.
LIWF Online
The LIWF website has received 90,000 unique visitors in the last
year. With the launch of The List, our website has become an
indispensable trade resource. The newly designed website will be
launched in January 2010 and will include a fully linked Supporters
page, with details of each participating company, their activities
and their stand location.
Interactive Floorplan
The Interactive Floorplan (IFP) is a search and organisational
tool that is hosted on the LIWF website. It is fully integrated
with The List and our online catalogue, allowing visitors to plot
their way through the vast array of products on offer and manage
their three days more effectively.
Supporters of the LIWF will have a highlighted stand within the
IFP, your stand location will be marked in a different colour to
the rest of the exhibitors, and a key at the side of the floorplan
will inform the users about your participation as a Supporter as
well as an exhibitor.
Club Elite Membership
As an LIWF Supporter, you will receive a membership to Club
Elite, our buyers lounge and business centre. Giving you access to
the leading international wine buyers and industry decision
makers.
Branded Feature or Show Content
LIWF Supporters will receive further branding opportunities in
addition to the generic content mentioned above. Overleaf you will
find specific details about each of the features/content that is
open to sponsorship. The LIWF will work in partnership with you to
find the content that best suits your company needs and in doing so
we will provide a platform that gives you a high degree of
visibility at the leading trade event of the year.
Press & Publicity
Working with Relish PR, the LIWF looks to maintain a presence in
the trade press in the months leading up to the event. As a
Supporter of the LIWF, we will work with Relish PR to promote your
participation and any information about your recent developments or
product launches.
As an official Supporter of the LIWF your company logo and
literature will be displayed on an interior wall of the press
office.
