WSET tastings are every day as follows:

11.00am Blind varietal tasting test

Put your judgement to the Diploma test. Three white wines of the

same variety - let us show you how to assess these wines and test

your palate.

 

1.00pm Blind Quality Level Tasting Test

Three wines - we will tell you where they are from but you decide

which different quality levels they are. We will give you expert tutelage

through these wines.

 

3.00pm Blind Sparkling Tasting Test

Unit 5 requires the student to sit a tasting paper of three sparkling

wines, take this chance to discover, or practise, the WSET systematic

approach to tasting sparkling wines.

 

5.00pm (except Thursday) Blind Sweet Wines Tasting Test

A tasting of three different sweet wines all produced in different

ways. You will be guided through the world of sweet wines and we will

teach you how to recognise these distinctive styles.
