Brand new for 2010, the On-Trade Hub, in association with Restaurant magazine, is the destination for on-trade visitors at the Fair. Visit the On-Trade Hub at stand O62 and hear specialist presentations on making more money from wine in your restaurant... and the hidden gems of the wine world.

You can also sample specially selected on-trade wines, and plan your visit round the LIWF with our suggested wine walks.
